Owe Family Care Foundation

Evidence from psychology, neuroscience, and social sciences shows that individuals experiencing prolonged relational stress often reach a point where their capacity for self-help is depleted. Chronic stress can dysregulate the nervous system, impair emotional regulation, and entrench negative survival patterns, including harmful relational behaviors that further compound distress.

To create safe, ethical, and culturally responsive pathways that empower individuals and families to heal relational wounds, build self-awareness, and sustain healthy, respectful, and meaningful connections with themselves and others.

A society where individuals, families, and communities walk healthy pathways of connection, dignity, and relational well-being.
